We currently prefer Paypal as our preferred method of payment. Through which if you do not have a Paypal account; you can still go through paypal to pay via your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Check Debit card or E-check. Please keep in my mind that you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to make payments via Paypal.

Once we have received payment and it has cleared we will process and ship your order immediately. You will be notified via e-mail upon receipt of payment. Please note that DTSSBC is not responsible for payments lost in the mail and, if you choose not to use priority mail with tracking, you do take this risk.

Priority Mail (national) 2-3 days
Media Mail (National) 6-8 days
Economy Service (Letter) Post (International) 14-21 days

All calculated shipping cost upon checkout include the cost of shipping, and handling.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:

We make every effort to insure that you will be satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not, please notify us via email WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange it for you or issue a refund for the amount of the item only (not including shipping or handling charges). This amount is clearly indicated on our invoices. We normally communicate via email with you before shipping if we need any further details regarding your order and we appreciate your earliest response in order to avoid shipping delays.
Returns should be sent to our US address indicated above. Once we have received the return, we will process your refund or exchange at once to avoid delays. Please note that DTSSBC is not responsible for packages lost in the mail and, if you choose not to use priority mail with tracking, you do take this risk.
